truth isn't always convenient

crime, deprivation, hunger, hatred, racism, natural disasters, disease, mental illness, etc. are inconvenient facts.

love, honesty, integrity, life, joy, beauty, nature, compassion, charity, faith, hope, etc. are also facts.

"a post-truth world, full of alternative facts"?

the fact is that there are no "alternative facts". the fact is that it's either a fact and true, or it's a lie.

Theocentrism?

The book, " Biocentrism: How Life and Consciousness are the Keys to Understanding the Universe " by Robert Lanza and Bob Berman, introduces the concept of biocentrism.  "Biocentrism builds upon the ideas of quantum physics. While physics is considered essential to the study of the universe and chemistry essential to the study of life, biocentrism puts biology before all other sciences in order to develop a theory of everything – a theory of the universe." https://biocentrismnews.com/   I propose a new theory, Theocentrism, that God's love is the glue that holds the universe together.
